Whether your business requires recruitment, training or post-employment training, Mississippi has a comprehensive list of services.

Mississippi’s Workforce Investment Network (WIN) helps local businesses build their teams through online recruiting, job fairs and other traditional recruitment activities. For businesses that need help fast, WIN also offers on-the-job training, and qualifying businesses may be reimbursed up to half of a new employee’s wages during training.

Local universities and community colleges also offer a variety of training solutions, including traditional and non-credit programs.
